New York Is home to Young hip-hop artist “Bigg Dogg,” who’s been making waves in the industry for quite some time. At the age of 21 he opened up for artist Joe Budden and since then its safe to say he career set off, really putting him in a category all his own. Seeing as though he pretty much blew the crowd away with not only his stage presence but his smooth flow, and creative yet melodic wordplay.

While Bigg Dogg is a fairly new artist, he’s definitely been turning heads with his music for a while reaching over 44,000 plays on YouTube with his hit single “Mind Boggling” Bigg Dogg credits most of his success and style to his father, a die-hard Hip-Hop fan, who introduced him to music by rappers like Biggie, Big Pun, Jay-Z, Nas, 50 Cent, who all have a very underground style, as well as artist such as LL Cool J, Kool G Rap, NWA who have a more old school flow, both of which he toys with in his music.

To date, Bigg Dogg’s musical accomplishments are rather vast and have allowed him to be featured on platforms such as Marc Ecko’s Underground Airplay Mixtape, as well as being featured as a guest MC on, “The Boiler Room,” a New York City Rap Life Cypher.

Bigg Dogg next huge milestone was the released of his single entitled, “Give and Take” produced by New Jersey native Cassius Clay aka Clay Hillman. While the beats on the track were solid, what really made hip-hop connoisseurs interested was his lyrical complexity, which landed him an opportunity to merge with the media company responsible for Kanye West’s, “Through The Wire Video,”. This was a huge opportunity that allowed him to create some dope visuals for his projects moving forward.

However just a few days back the successful artist decided to debut another huge project entitled “Raw” lucky for us we were able to receive the unmastered version of the tape and get the first take of it all. Throughout the tape, Bigg Dogg displays his knack for wordplay and masterful lyrical execution on heavy beats.

Especially on the track MidNyght (Feat. Daffe Buckz) where he raps about his life and how he made it in the game, the track was definitely a great option to start the tape allowing fans to really get to know him as more than an artist.

Overall the tape is pretty good, with each track tailored to a different side of the artist. all while allowing for some pretty solid Features from indie artist such as Ten$e, Dios Moreno, 5050 Chipps. Production from Reefa, 12 Keyz, Myles Williams, L’Camino and Mekado
