50 Cent Rips Jay-Z Friendship Card, “We Don’t Have Those Kinds Of Relationships”

Rap star 50 Cent has cleared up speculation suggesting just because he has appeared at shows and on songs together with Jay-Z, there is no friendship bond between the two.
In 50′s eyes, Jay and other elite hip-hop artists are merely business associates at most.
“We don’t have those kinds of relationships. These people are people I associate with. We are in the same business. We are not necessarily friends. We don’t call each other for no reason,” he explained. “It’s not like we have something against each other to make us enemies,” Fiddy continued. “Me and Jay[-Z] will use each other. Repeatedly. For energy.” 50 Cent, real name Curtis Jackson III, added that he was always open to doing collaborations but there was a simple reason why he hadn’t done more. “They don’t pick up the phone and call me,” he revealed. T.I. To Be Released From Prison On September 29th

Tip has a concrete date for when he will exit the Arkansas facility.
T.I. is coming home. The incarcerated rapper, born Clifford Harris, Jr., will be released from Arkansas’ Federal Correctional Institution Forrest City Low on September 29, 2011 after completing his 11-month sentence for violating his parole.
The Atlanta, Georgia lyricist began serving his bid on November 1, 2010. The sentence stems from a drug arrest made in Hollywood, California in September, when police pulled him and his wife Tameka “Tiny” Cottle over for making an illegal U-turn. A search of the vehicle turned up contraband materials, which led to the couple’s detainment.
The Grand Hustle Records honcho did not face drug charges in the case, but plead guilty for violating his parole. He had only recently been released from prison after serving his time for a prior weapons conviction.

We’ve already read a portion of 50′s interview with Vibe but here’s something that is only available in the Print edition. He has talked about his relationship with Jay-Z & Diddy, Detox and his new album.
With Your new album, Who do you have in mind for collaborations?
The usual suspects. I want to get with Kanye on this album. See if we can come up with something.Who haven’t you worked with yet for this record
I didn’t work with Dre yet.Would you hold up your project and wait for Dr Dre Production?
I wouldn’t hold my project up for it, but i want to get in to do it. it’s always a process. I also worked with Swizz Beatz on this one.Are you going to be on Detox?
I’m not sure about that. Because i’m not sure what Detox is right now.
